Your Complete Campsite Team are to be congratulated on the level of professionalism, a high quality Australian made product and combined with old fashion customer service that is seldom seen in today’s commercial world.

Following an exhaustive review of camper trailers (and the many options available) on the internet and camping shows we selected Complete Campsite and the Uluru XT model for our retirement adventures. The sales process when performed via e-mail and over the phone and was conducted with a high degree of integrity and trust developed during the enquiry and sale phases.

Paul from your Service Team completed a thorough and professional 2 hour hand-over that provided all the required information and direction needed to start our travels.

Travelling from W.A. to pick up the camper trailer and then to return directly home can be an arduous 8800km journey, especially when it rained non stop for the first day and night on leaving Gosford.

The phone call from Neil (Sales) on the first night to check we were OK and if he could be of assistance was a blessing for new people to the camper trailer experience. This small act of after sales, personal contact will be a forever lasting impression of the Complete Campersite Team being a caring Organisation going the extra yards for its Customers.

The quality of the Uluru and the professionalism shown by the Complete Campsite Team has exceeded all our expectations.

Just back from towing our Kakadu 4571 kms to Camerons Corner, Lake Eyre, Flinders Ranges, Broken Hill. A bit cool but the Webasto kept us warm.

What I like about my Uluru XT? Just about everything.

Just finished the Oodnadatta Track / Ayers Rock / Kings Canyon. 8000km in about 3 weeks. Most days were single night stops and a lot of driving. The fast setup and pack up were the number one likes. We were usually setup and had the billy on, while the rest of the convoy was still digging gear out from under their trailers. We have the Uluru, so having hot water on tap is just a godsend when camping.

The trailer performed beautifully on the rougher road out to Dalhousie Springs. The corrugations were pretty bad and shook the life out of everything that wasn't secured. One of the cheaper "off road" trailers in the convoy completely destroyed its shocks.

Sorry we never got back to you earlier but would just like to say thanks for the recent delivery of our camper trailer. This is our second trailer from you guys and we are very happy with the workmanship yet again.

This weekend we hope to get out there and give it its maiden trip.
