Hi Grant and Jodie,
Well we've been away over the weekend and tested out the camper and what can we say..........it's awesome!
It towed like it wasn't even there, set up within a matter of minutes and served it's purpose without fault. We were really happy with the attention to detail we found as we
spent time in it such as the slide rail on the back of the trailer to help hold up the pvc and block out the extra draught while the annex is up,
the tie down points for the motor bikes and the ramps and also the zips to further secure the annex walls not just velcro.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time away in the camper and would like to thank you both very much for your time and patience throughout the construction phase.
I'm sure it wasn't always easy for you corresponding via phone or email. We haven't yet put the bikes on to see if they fit but i'm sure it will be just fine.
Once again thanks for the fantastic job you and your team did. We would have no hesitation in reccommending the Complete Campsite to anyone interested in purchasing a camper trailer.
Regards
Carly and Ben - Darwin, NT

Dear Jodie and Grant,
We bought our camper from you back in June at the Melbourne show
and we have just arrived home from a fantastic holiday on the sunshine coast and Hervey bay. Everything in the camper worked a treat. We had one day of very heavy rain but everything stayed dry. The modifications you made to accommodate Luke’s wheelchair proved very successful. We are already planning a few days in Ballarat in the New Year
We hope you and everybody at Complete campsites a merry Christmas and a successful 2008.
Yours sincerely
Bryan, Anne and Luke - Mentone, VIC

Dear Jodie and Grant,
We would like to express our sincere thanks for the most generous donation of the Deluxe Gazebo. Not only does this give us the opportunity to visually promote the Community Chest (and the Complete Campsite as well) but also helps us meet our OHS obligations with our volunteers when out promoting the chest in our many events.
On a 30 degree plus day at the Meggs it was a blessing and in the coming weeks we will be out at the Entrance Water Festival, Kids Day Out, The Entrance Mardi Gras and Australia Day. In fact we believe that there will be in excess of 30 occasions every year that this will be given full use.
Yours sincerely
Chris Holstein - General Manager, Central Coast Community Chest

Dear Grant & Jodie,
Recently we did a trip with our Complete Campsite Nomad to Broken Hill.
Even though we have now owned our Nomad for over twelve months, we cannot get over the amount of interest it creates wherever we go!
We left home on Sunday September 9 and drove to Gulgong to stay a couple of nights with friends on their farm. We stopped in the township on the way to buy a few minor things and found a group of about six people standing around our camper when we returned. Fearing the worst we hurried along and found them “just looking”. Naturally they asked a lot questions and we were proud to answer them.
We left Gulgong and drove to Cobar for an overnight stopover – some 420 Kms. There we camped alongside a couple from Victoria (Ron & Chris) who wanted to know more and more. They are considering a camper/trailer to replace their rig.We hope we have pointed them in the right direction.
Then off to Broken Hill where, believe it or not, we camped alongside a couple from Lakehaven (bearing in mind we live in Lake Munmorah). They were completely taken by our NOMAD. They had an OZTRAIL and reckon there is no comparison, and there wasn’t! You get what you pay for!!!
We met a couple with a camper/trailer which came from the Gold Coast. I think it was a Paramount (or something similar) and they were complaining bitterly about the dust which got inside. We had no such trouble.
Even on the way home we were stopped at Merriwa in the park for lunch and found people stopping to look us over.
People are amazed at the compactness, storage space, quality and the walkway initiative.
Truly, the amount of interest we found in our NOMAD was incredible. It makes us proud to own it; proud of your workmanship; proud of the Central Coast; and proud to know you because of the NOMAD.
By the way: - Broken Hill was fantastic. Well worth the nigh on 3500Kms we travelled to get there and have a good look around.
Grant and Jodie, we will leave these thoughts with you. When we go away again we will get some more of your brochures to take with us. Best wishes and thank you once again

Hi Grant & Jodie,
We went to the Caravan & Camping Exhibition in Brisbane this year and compared your campers with all the others on display. It was the Nomad Walkthrough Off-road that shone above the rest. We ordered the Gourmet Timber Kitchen and a few other options and set off on our first trip in it last month to outback Queensland. We camped in a couple of remote NP’s with our friends who have an Ultimate, and in fact we were the only ones there in a park west of Blackall. We travelled over all kinds of road including bulldust and stony gravel and had no problems at all with towing the trailer. But I wanted to outline the features of the Nomad that really impressed:
- The Walkthrough. It is convenient, gives good access and has plenty of storage when travelling.
- The height of the canvas roof over the bed area which makes it cool
- The window arrangements are versatile for hot and cold weather with sensible windows fully screened.
- No pegs to hammer for short stays.
- The quality is excellent with no short-cuts taken.
- The roominess of the main tent area (and we have the smaller 3.9 x 2.8 version).
- The window awning next to the bed is a great idea.
- Yvonne loves the kitchen although found the bench too high initially.
- The good quality ladder supplied was a great help and served as a set of shelves as well.
We have done a lot of camping all over Australia, but have never been as comfortable as on this trip. Thanks Grant and Jodie for a great product
Regards

Hi Grant & Jodie,
We wanted to write how we felt about our Complete Campsite's Camper Trailer and the buying experience, hopefully to support you guys in the great work you do.
We have been keen campers for the past 20 years, while in the early days we were content with a tent however in the past 4 years we have tried many different methods of camping & caravanning, check these FAILED attempts:
|
|
|
| Avan 14ft |
Coromal 14ft Off-Road |
Jayco Expanda |
So having tried a few different types of accommodation we were frustrated at the limitation all the above had, we then bought a 12 man Coleman family tent, although that wasn’t the solution as we didn’t even get it out of it’s box.
The defining moment came Easter last year (2006), we towed our Jayco Expanda to Wombeyan Caves and our friends towed their camper trailer, we liked what they had so on return decided to look into camper trailers.
After an extensive search we were frustrated that everything we saw was either built in a box trailer, had little regard for craftsmanship and/or was located far from home, until we visited the Central Coast Caravan and Camping Show at Kariong.
We visited the show intent on finding the right solution and there we met Grant, we were impressed at the customer care Grant showed and his knowledge of the product, we were more impressed at the high quality of the camper trailers on show and fell in love with the 16ft Nomad, needless to say we later visited their offices in West Gosford in the coming weeks and ordered our own Complete Campsite Camper Trailer.
Our camper was built to our specifications - based on what we needed and could afford, we got everything?
The day we brought it home, we followed Grant’s instructions to set up and weather the canvas and allow drying before using. Setting up and packing away was a breeze, I did it on my own in less than 30 mins.
Our first weekend away was the great test, we stayed at Kiama and experienced rain like I have never seen before in my life, probably 12 hours of constant and torrential rain. Nearby campers were flooded and our friends camper was leaking all the while our Complete Campsite Camper Trailer while very wet outside was dry inside, we slept well that night.
We purchased the Nomad option and didn’t this prove the difference between our camper and others, we were able to pack our camper away in the rain as everything packed into the Nomad area, we were packed up in less than an hour, while our friends still hadn’t emptied their camper.
We recently spent a week camping at Wombeyan Caves and our Camper Trailer gave us the most comfortable accommodation of anything ever. The towing experience was exceptional.
We had lots of passers by asking about our camper and all were impressed at the features and the build quality, so are we!
The experience in dealing with The Complete Campsite has been nothing but professional and personable, real campers who built our camper as thought they were building there own.
Thankyou

Dear Grant & Jodie,
As you are aware we recently purchased one of your “NOMAD” camper trailers and are extremely happy with it. Waiting for the “NOMAD” was well worth while. Apart from the obvious benefits of the walkway (not having to climb over each other getting in and out of bed), it also allows extra storage space.
You will remember we picked it up on a Tuesday, and that weekend we had our first “away” at Budgewoi. That was our first learning curve – erecting the outfit for the first time – but we overcame that and spent three marvelous nights camping by the lake. Ten days later we were off to South West Rocks for a further adventure and were amazed how much easier it was to erect to campsite this time. The old adage is true that “practice makes perfect”. Our next adventure was up to Lemon Tree Passage and again the campsite erection was not a problem.
Every where we have been, even whilst cleaning up on the parklands in the estate where we live, people come and look and marvel at the compactness and the workmanship that has gone into our “NOMAD”. As well they should. We have no hesitation in asking them to inspect our campsite both inside and out.
We also have no hesitation in telling them about the service, attention to detail, craftsmanship and the overall friendliness which oozes from you both. Right from the very start of our journey into camper trailers we felt very much at home with you both. When we first mentioned the walkway to you it was a challenge, but you kept us informed all along the way; kept inviting us to see the progress and the actual work in progress. Now that we have purchased and taken delivery the service has not stopped. Still, nothing is a trouble.
Really, in dealing with you, we feel you are now part of our family. We are looking forward to receiving a batch of your new brochures so that we can pass them on to the people who show so much interest during our travels.
Next year we are hoping to do Frazer Island, as well as Tasmania again. Naturally we will be taking our “NOMAD” and maybe we can drum up some more inquiries for you. Grant and Jodie, dealing with you both is a genuine pleasure. (Notice we use the present tense) Have a wonderful break this Christmas and a restful stay At South West Rocks.
Best wishes

Dear Grant & Jodie
We would like to express our appreciation for the sale of our Complete Campsite that we had purchased from you in 2005. When we initially looked into buying our new “home away from home” we found the presentation of the trailer to be brilliant and the continuing service that Grant & Jodie have provided is outstanding, their initiative to take on our ideas to “better the camping experience” has further boosted our confidence in the product.
What we were most impressed with is the “Dust free seals” especially as we travel off road with our trailer and the standard kitchen facilities have helped create many meals for everyone, rainy days are now no longer a problem as we can just sit down and watch it rather being crammed inside a tent. Our trailer is often stacked up with all our camping needs and can be heavy but always is a pleasure to tow.
The Complete Campsite has provided us with many happy holidays and quick weekend getaways, the ease of set-up and presentation has created a lot of chats around the campfire with potential Complete Campsite owners.
Congrats on a fantastic product!!
Yours sincerely
Completely Happy Campers

Grant and Jodie,
I just picked up the latest of issue of Camper Trailer and was pleased to see of your well deserved win in the Caravan and Camping Industry awards, and wanted to add my congratulations. Your win also re-assures all current owners they have made the right Purchase.
Since purchasing my Camper off you over 12 months ago I have taken it across the Nullarbor and have not long returned from a 6 week trip to Cooktown and returned via the Atherton Tablelands, plus many weekend trips to local camp spots. After almost 2 weeks of showery weather on our Cooktown trip the Camper remained totally dry inside despite being packed up wet almost every day, and when we did manage to find some dusty roads the seals worked perfect.
The Camper is still being happily towed by the Subaru Forrester and returning around 10 litres to the 100 Ks. Hope to get down your way soon and pop in to good day, and order an end wall.
Congratulations once again.
